Frankie Goes To Hollywood!

Halloween is right around the corner!  I adore Halloween.  Decorating the house and yard, buying candy for children, AND seeing all those cuties in costumes!!!

Products Used:

Gears 1

Note:  I used the word "Create" from the Brick Wall Stencil.

The first, larger gear, is prepped in white, then green Promarker and a little purple, then sponged pigment metallic ink.  Small gear is prepped white, and purple marker.  I mention Promarker because they blend so well with the wood.

The word "Creepy" is done prepped in white, then painted yellow.  Two shades of orange paint is painted or sponged for a layer effect.  Creepy is a custom word.  Remember, it is very economical to order your own personalize wood cuts!  It should come to the site soon.

For "Create," I prepped edges in white and did a long stroke technique to give the textured look.  A great idea for this project is to Google Frankenstein, copy - print image for collage.  Then get the set with the Top Hat, Monocle, and mustache and create in that way.  I had stamped Frankie and he is too little for the hat.

My idea of "Frankie Goes to Hollywood,"  came from the movie "Young Frankenstein."  Frankie is suppose to make something of himself and you see him on Broadway in top hat and tails.  Very, very funny!

Halloween isn't always about scary!  It's about fun!!!  Have fun, be safe this Halloween.
